Episode 4: Team Players Are My Jam

Team players are my jam. As I mentioned in my earlier episodes I've been doing hair for over thirteen years. I've been in salons where I felt that my efforts were not appreciated or noticed and then I've worked in places where I felt my efforts were important and the extra work to bring people together was worth it. I feel right now with Covid-19 and the injustice out there this is something that I feel is important for everyone. AND something that people need. People crave to be heard, they crave for community and they crave to belong. Doesn't matter if you're into hair or not. People need to feel of value.
